Compliance Services or Similar company

I am writing about this company again because apparently they are back at it sending out notices to people telling them they are required to pay "them" money to prepare minutes for their corporations.  IF you get anything that is suspicious, it probably is.  This is a scam.  Throw it away!!  Do not send companies you have never heard of money...it's really that simple (unless you want to send money to me....now that is okay)!!!

    There are fraudulent companies out there agreed. However ther are companies that do assest people like you with documents that are needed. Example, insurance! We can not file our own insurance can we? There for we have to have an Insurance Agent. I am a Processing Supervisor, and my position is definitely legal and ran honestly. Customers will make their choice and in the end, it is completely up to the customer. We supply the demand of our clients, and pride ourselves in honesty.
